Night Shift | Medical/Surgical Unit
Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care on our Medical/Surgical Unit during the night shift.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to Medical/Surgical patients.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
- For LPNs, perform nursing duties within the scope of practice as outlined by the Arkansas Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications
- Current Arkansas RN or LPN license.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Medical/Surgical experience preferred but not required.
