Job Position
Chambers Memorial Hospital is seeking an RN for nightshift position. On Med Surg Floor. We’re looking for experienced RN who can hit the ground running. This is a rural environment where teamwork and strong clinical judgment are key.
The actual hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, and previous work performance, etc.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs.
- Documents patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.
- Direct and delegates care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
- Ensure own professional effectiveness through education and professional development.
- Participates in the development of and maintain established hospital policies, procedures and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection prevention program.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
- Stay current on competencies and maintain unit standards
What you Bring:
- Completion of an accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse in the State of Arkansas.
- Current BLS.
- Current ACLS.
- Current PALS.
